Quelques points du stage chez ICD et missions

En 12 semaines de stage, j’ai eu l’opportunité d’avoir été chargé de diverses missions. Le premier jour de travail, j’ai été affecté, comme tous les stagiaires, à une équipe selon les études que je suivais. En ce qui me concerne, j’ai été affecté à l’équipe davantage focalisée sur le domaine de l’économie. J’ai également dû créer un compte email lié à l’entreprise.

Durant mes deux premières semaines, j’ai été en charge de mettre à jour une base de données. L’accent de mon travail portait à cet instant essentiellement sur le fait de rechercher des informations.

Des réunions sont souvent organisées avec les stagiaires, les managers, le directeur général et le président ; et peuvent être à l’initiative des stagiaires eux-mêmes. Il peut aussi arriver que le directeur général organise des réunions d’échanges sous forme de cours concernant le travail de l’entreprise.

J’ai également commencé à travailler sur la communication de l’entreprise. En effet, j’ai été en charge avec d’autres personnes de publier des articles concernant l’agenda de l’entreprise (conférences à venir), sur des forums classés dans la base de données de l’entreprise et sur les réseaux sociaux. J’ai été aussi chargé d’envoyer des invitations à des professionnels qui avaient été choisis par l’entreprise pour participer à une conférence, ces-derniers pouvaient être aussi bien des ambassadeurs que des politiques, des directeurs généraux d’entreprises privées, des banquiers, des artistes…

A partir de la quatrième semaine, différentes réunions ont été tenues dans le but de réaliser des « brainstormings » concernant la stratégie de l’entreprise afin de faire connaître son travail. Puis, j’ai dû lire plusieurs documents concernant le travail de l’entreprise et ses objectifs, dans le but de les améliorer en incluant de nouvelles idées. Presque chaque lundi, des conférences d’échanges entre les stagiaires sont organisées autour de sujets très variés relatifs à la géopolitique, l’économie, la société…

Depuis quelques semaines, je suis en charge avec les membres de mon équipe de réaliser un classement de 100 grandes entreprises sur différents critères, dans l’objectif de préparer la prochaine conférence relative à l’économie qui doit se tenir la semaine prochaine.

In the 12 weeks of internship, I had the opportunity to have been in charge of diverse missions. The first workday, I was allocated, as all the trainees, to a team according to the studies which I followed. As for me, I was allocated to the team more focused on the domain of the economy. I also had to create an account email bound to the company.

For my first two weeks, I handled to update a database. The accent of my work carried at this moment essentially the fact of looking for information.

Meetings are often organized with the trainees, the managers, the managing director and the president; and can be for the initiative of the very trainees. He can arrive as well as the managing director organizes meetings of exchanges in the form of court(course,price,yard) concerning the work of the company.

I also began to work on the communication of the company. Indeed, I handled with other people to publish articles concerning the schedule of the company (conferences to come), on forums classified in the database of the company and on social networks. I was also in charge of sending invitations to professionals who had been chosen by the company to participate in a conference, these last ones could be as well ambassadors as politics, managing directors of private enterprises, bankers, artists …

From the fourth week, various meetings were kept with the aim of realizing "brainstorming" concerning the strategy of the company to make known its work. Then, I had to read several documents concerning the work of the company and its objectives, with the aim of improving them by including new ideas. Almost every Monday, conferences of exchanges between the trainees are organized around subjects highly varied relative to the geopolitics, the economy, the company …

Since a few weeks, I handle with the members of my team to realize a ranking of 100 large companies on various criteria, in the objective to prepare the next conference relative to the economy which has to be held next week.
